How to Return

  • If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us
  • We will respond quickly(please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing) with instructions for how to return items from your order
  • Once your return is received and processed the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the money of your refund.
  • Within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment as the original purchase. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.


    According to the 12-Month Warranty policy, if there is any quality problem, we will exchange the item for you. If the item exchange cannot resolve the problem, we will propose the return to arrange a refund.

    • If it is proven to be the item's problems or our cause, we will offer a 100% refund of the product fees after receiving the returned item;
    • If 12 months have passed by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
      • If you want to cancel your order for some reason, you have to CONTACT US within 24 hours, so the warehouse can hold the fulfillment process and be able to refund you before the parcel was shipped. Otherwise, we will not be able to agree to cancel your order.
